Conducting due diligence and title verification in respect of the acquisition and disposal of agricultural and non-agricultural lands, across states of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andra Pradesh, Telangana, issuing title reports and certificates relating to clear and marketable title of property.

Advising on compliance with various applicable Central and State Laws relating to renewable project development.

Representing clients in various types of litigation matters involving real estate.

Advising and assisting companies in acquisition of land for setting up renewable energy projects and undertaking layout development under diverse policies of the central and state governments.
