About the Founder

T. P. Bharath Bhushan, graduated law in the year 1996 from Bangalore University, practiced law for a period of12 years in High Court and other Courts in Bangalore.

Moved to corporate career in the year 2008 and hands on experience in the field of renewable energy for more that 16 years and handled versatile issues from concept to commissioning.

In-depth understanding on the lender’s requirements and security creation of renewable energy assets having worked with various OEM, and IPPs such as:

Enercon (India) Limited,
Bindu Vayu Urja Private Limited,
Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy Limited,
Envision Wind Power Technologies India Limited,
GE Renewable Energy.

Instrumental in land due diligence of nearly 4 GWs of turnkey wind power projects across 6 different States in India.

With a team of 20+ subordinates, effectively managed the land due diligence in the states of Andra Pradesh, Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Gujarat, Maharastra and Madya Pradesh.

Complying with the legal due diligence requirements of IPPs as per the requirements of lenders, foreign investors, etc., with respect to clear and marketable title of land.

Preparing various land related documents such as Sale Deeds, Agreement to sale, Lease Deeds, Easement Deeds, Usage Rights Agreements, Ariel Rights Agreements, General Power of Attorneys, etc., as may be required for land procurement of renewable energy projects.

Corporate Advisory on methods of land acquisition in compliance with various state land policies, advised on regulatory aspects before regional Electricity Commissions.

Litigation support for all activities relating to wind farm operations. Effectively managed the litigation to ensure smooth progress of project activities.
